Our mission is clear: to provide accessible, industry-relevant training that equips individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in today’s competitive job market.

SOTTI was founded on the idea that theoretical application must be applicable to the practical ‘real life’ current job market. However, our goal was to enable our youth through skills and technology that will allow them to compete their counterpart generation in the region and the world as well.

As Director, I am proud to lead an institution dedicated to academic excellence, integrity, and community impact. Together with our passionate faculty and staff, we are shaping the future of technical education in Somalia, inspiring students to reach their full potential and make meaningful contributions to society.
