Since its inception as a Private Tertiary institution, dedicated effort of the Board of Directors teaching faculty and institute’s management brought it to the level of nationality recognition. I firmly believe that the role of tertiary institution in the twenty first century in Somalia is to respond to phenomenal changes unleashed by rapid advancement in Science and Technology for the economic development of country as well as the challenge posed by globalization.
